Audio Visual One Upgrades Leeds Bar with RCF

Leeds Bar and Grill, a prominent establishment within a former 200-year-old Grade II-Listed post office, embarked on a £2M refurbishment project. As part of this endeavour, the venue looked to upgrade their existing sound system to enhance the overall dining and entertainment experience for their customers.
The project demanded a high-end system capable of delivering high-quality audio across multiple zones, including the main bar area, restaurant, mezzanine, and newly envisioned outdoor seating area. Audio Visual One (AV One) chosen for their expertise, recognised the need for a comprehensive audio solution that would cater to the diverse needs of the venue.
Having had a long-standing relationship with Leisuretec Distribution, AV One turned to the Leisuretec Team due to their reliable service to supply the job at hand. Having heard RCF’s COMPACT M speakers at an event in Coventry the year before, Stephen Bailey, Director of AV One, designed the whole system to incorporate RCF Speakers and needed tailored amps and subs to go with them.
Renowned for their performance and reliability, AV ONE opted for 4 X White M12 speakers accompanied by an RCF S8015LP Subwoofer and 2 X IPS 1.5K amplifiers in the bar area. Two further S8015LP Subs were placed across the restaurant with the support of the IPS2.5K amplifier to ensure consistent audio quality.
With meticulous attention to detail, Stephen Bailey crafted a solution that optimised audio coverage across various sections of the venue, including the bar, restaurant, mezzanine, and outdoor area. His expertise ensured that the RCF speakers seamlessly blended performance, aesthetics, and budget considerations, providing an immersive audio experience for customers while preserving the venue's historic ambience.
