What is Li.LAC
For any application where live performers or speakers are sharing microphones, there should be a procedure in place to clean and disinfect the microphones between sets. Traditionally, this process is done with antibacterial wipes, clothes, sprays or even with soap and water. How it works
The Li.LAC provides low-impact, contactless cleaning and disinfection through ultraviolet light. It has a superior UV-C germicidal lamp which has a long lifetime, is high efficiency and o-zone free, and its irradiation chamber features customised UV-C mirrors on all boundaries for optimal energy and light distribution, meaning the UV-C light will hit your microphone from all angles and even clean the dark depths of your microphone’s foam and grille on a 10-minute cycle.
There are two cycle options, both of which require a 2-minute warm up.
The 5-minute cycle is ideal for quick changeovers and will kill most bacteria and viruses, ready for your next performer.
The 10-minute cycle is ideal for extremely thorough cleans with a disinfection level of 99.99%, which has been accredited by an independent laboratory in Germany.
