When Jo’s not planning her next holiday with militaristic precision, she’s answering your incoming telephone calls and supporting with your requirements with the same speed and efficiency.

Jo is one of the first to pick up incoming telephone calls and respond to emails in our sales inbox. She sees through your purchase orders from start to finish – quoting, pricing, stock availability and allocation, and finally fulfilment – making sure that everything goes smoothly and you receive your goods in time for your live event or installation.

When Jo’s not at work, you’ll find her indulging in some spicy food (usually with some extra siracha sauce!) and spending time with friends, family and her beloved cats.

What's behind your top four products?

  1. WELL Fit DMX LED Uplighter – This charging flightcase is a pretty cool all-in-one. The chrome housing is nice and shiny and it fits six lights with a quick five hours charging time.
  2. CS-6000RGB Full Colour Laser – I really enjoyed the training where we learnt to use this laser. Programming it to create my own laser graphics in various different colours was surprisingly easy and I had a lot of fun too!
  3. EW-DX EM 4 DANTE QUAD 19” Wireless Receiver – It's one of our most popular wireless microphone receivers and no surprise too - it's got 4 chanels in a single 1U receiver unit and has with Dante integration too, meaning less wires, more control and more scalability.
  4. Diamond 9 D9-330 BUNDLE – We’re talking a retail price of more than £70,000 for our most expensive kit in the warehouse. It’s the biggest console we stock and includes a flight case, cover and two lamps.

I would probably choose a time-bending microphone to take me to the future.
