This month, we’re delighted to crown Glenn as our Employee of the Month for October!
As our Sales Manager (and an all-round invaluable member of the team) Glenn has truly shown why he deserves the spotlight. Not only did he lead the sales team to an outstanding month, but he also completed every team member’s development review and took it upon himself to drive customer parcels to our courier’s depot to ensure they arrived on time.
It’s this level of dedication, and his unwavering commitment to both the team and Leisuretec, that has rightly earned him October’s Employee of the Month. On top of that, Glenn covered colleagues’ workloads while they were on annual leave, making sure every customer still received the seamless, efficient Leisuretec service they expect, proving that no challenge is too much when Glenn’s around.
And if that wasn’t impressive enough, he also jumped in to support our marketing activities, interviewing Shure expert Jack Drury on camera and asking in-depth technical questions about Shure’s wireless systems.
