This month, we’re thrilled to appoint Lee as our Employee of the Month for November!
As a highly valued and much-appreciated member of the Leisuretec team, it comes as no surprise that Lee has earned the top spot this month. Despite the surge in global deliveries brought on by Black Friday and the festive season, Lee played a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ parcels remained a top priority within the depot.
Even when faced with challenges completely outside of Leisuretec’s control, Lee stayed focused, proactive, and determined, pushing through to get as many parcels out to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
On top of that, Lee has been the ultimate team player (as always). Some of the sales team even went as far as to say, “Lee saved my a**!” a testament to just how dependable he is when things get hectic.
But above all, Lee is one of those team members who keeps the gears turning for everyone. He’s the go-to person when information is needed, the steady hand in the background, and the colleague you know you can count on.
