Patented Earmount Design

Almost Invisible. Concealed in Seconds.

Point Source’s twice-patented EMBRACE Earmount Microphones are purpose-built for minimal visibility, consistent pick up and rapid deployment. Instead of a traditional earworn microphone with a long boom are that is difficult to keep in place, EMBRACE deploys a short boom and hugs the ear, staying in place regardless of head or body movement.

Not only does this give you more consistent audio pickup, it conceals with practically no effort so the performer can be miked and camera ready within seconds. They’re also much more lightweight and comfortable for the performer, too.

Point Source Audio’s dual element mics are so small that the second element practically disappears, letting you seamlessly integrate them into the hair or costume of your performer with virtually no compromise on discreetness. Both elements are just 3mm in size, IP57 waterproof rated, sonically matched to + 0.5dB and share a single thin cable that splits into two body packs.
