Building on the proven design of SERIES8, every SERIES9 microphone includes malleable, unbreakable boom arms, reversible headframes, dual-capsule options, IP57 waterproofing (omnidirectional models only), and the ability to be painted for stage and screen and then cleaned easily with 70% isopropyl alcohol. They are also easily interchangeable across different wireless transmitter brands, thanks to Point Source Audio’s X-Connector system, allowing you to swap terminations easily - just be sure to choose the correct connector type for your wireless system when ordering.

What sets SERIES9 apart is its higher sound pressure level capability of 142 dB SPL (compared to 136 dB SPL in SERIES8) and Point Source Audio’s patented ENDURE™ connectors, tested to withstand over 12,000 bends for exceptional long-term reliability in live, touring, and installation environments.

SERIES9 microphones are available in headset, lavalier, and Point Source’s patented EMBRACE™ earmount designs, with a choice of omnidirectional or cardioid pickup patterns, and a selection of beige, brown, or black finishes.
