Amazon's New Training Centre Designed and Installed by Vangis
Amazon Fulfilment Centre approached Vangis Presentation Solutions for a comprehensive audio-visual solution to enhance their training facilities. The client required top-quality equipment with a seamless installation process that would cater to their unique needs.
Top of the wishlist was a central screen that could deliver clean and clear images even in daylight conditions. While the provided LED wall came with a sound bar, the client desired additional sound reinforcement for optimal audience experience during training sessions.
Vangis offered a tailored solution. The proposed setup included a Cloud MPA240 mixer amp, four EW-D Systems with two lapels and two handheld mics, an LM-2 wall control unit, and 12 CM30DTD 100v flush-mounted ceiling speakers, all sourced through Leisuretec.
From the drawing board to the installation, Vangis took care of every detail. The experienced team also integrated a 163” LED wall into Amazon Fulfilment Centre's training facility as a central screen for all training requirements. Leisuretec’s next-day delivery meant the installation could be completed on time and hassle-free as Vangis didn’t need to worry about late delivery and could focus on the physical installation at hand.
Understanding the client's need for reliable audio reinforcement, Vangis went beyond the standard setup. As the amplifier and wireless mic receivers were in an existing rack cabinet located at the back of the room, Vangis ran 60m speaker cabling into the ceiling void to ensure the setup was clean and organised without compromising audio quality.
Finally, Vangis installed a wall control plate at the front of the room, allowing the client to control music and microphone levels effortlessly. The input plate facilitated the connection of local audio sources when needed, providing the flexibility required for various training scenarios.
The successful installation transformed the training facility, creating an immersive audio-visual environment for associates. The combination of advanced equipment and meticulous installation ensured that Amazon's training sessions could be supported by high-quality visuals and crystal-clear audio, contributing to an optimal learning experience.
