Miles Best

Miles joined the Leisuretec team in March 2025 and partners up with Lee in Customer Service. He comes from a solid background in service coordination and brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at Leisuretec.

Miles handles services enquiries from start-to-finish, from organising returns and liaising with manufacturers to ensuring goods are delivered back to customers in good condition and without delay. Miles also supports with courier management, making sure your deliveries arrive on time, every time.

In his own time, Miles has a passion for football (he’ll tell you he’s still got it!) and music, with taste ranging from grime and old school garage to dance, house and even a bit of rock. He’s partial to the odd bit of DJing and music production too, bringing the same energy and passion to his customer service role as he does to his mixes.
