Customer Service and Logistics

Lee Gammage

Lee is part of our Customer Service team, supporting customers with returns, repairs, warranty and spares. With over 15 years’ experience in logistics and service, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with the kit, to help solve problems quickly and effectively.

Lee’s background in logistics gives him a strong understanding of how products move between customer and supplier. Known for his assertive approach and customer-first attitude, he takes great pride in making sure every service matter is resolved.

Outside of work, Lee is a true thrill-seeker. Whether it’s bungee-jumping, skydiving, rock climbing or scuba diving, he’s always chasing the next adventure and likes to bring that sense action into his day-to-day. When he’s not testing his limits, he enjoys gaming or heading to the pub with friends to enjoy some well-deserved down time.
