Isaiah Hilaire

Izzy first joined Leisuretec as our e-commerce administrator, where he handled incoming web orders, allocated stock, and worked with customers to get every order over the line. His sharp eye for detail and quick decision-making soon proved he was a safe pair of hands in our back line.

He’s since moved up the pitch into sales, now answering calls, helping customers with pricing and stock availability, and making sure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Whether it’s assisting with a simple enquiry or a last-minute change, Izzy is always ready to step in and play the right pass.

If you hadn't guessed, off the clock, Izzy laces up as a semi-pro footballer, bringing the same energy, teamwork, and determination from the pitch into his role at Leisuretec. A natural team player, he’s always aiming for the top corner when it comes to customer service.
