Matt Wins May Employee of the Month

For his thoroughness, his patience, his high number of orders… May saw Matt being applauded as Tech King and rewarded with a bonus £100.

He’s always been a valued member of Leisuretec’s amazing sales team but his colleagues in marketing and accounts were just as quick to cast their votes, praising his hard work. He smashed it in May, hitting his targets like the pro that he is while his team mates were either holidaying or out of office for industry events.

He even made time to attend PLASA Leeds, building up and breaking down our exhibition stand despite long days, achy feet, and little sleep or rest. ‘The insane amount of calls and emails he dealt with’, ‘a huge number of orders out of the door’ and ‘keeping everyone fed and entertained while maintaining his sunny disposition’ were just a selection of the pat-on-the-back comments.

Last but by no means least, Matt’s Ruby Revolution barrel-aged imperial American red ale (a bold 9.6%) made a surprise appearance during the after-work wind-down on one busy Friday. ‘I’m not a man of many words,’ he says (however much we disagree!) ‘so as a thank you I promise to bring in more interesting beverages.’ Cheers Matt!
